Integration

EDI - Bulk Plus supports all versions of the ANSI X12 EDI transaction set (e.g. 3050, 4010, 4030). EDI is a mature industry standard that eliminates paper, reduces the costs of order entry compared with phone and FAX, and improves the timeliness of information flow, particularly in regard to change orders and load status information. Transactions supported are:

• 204 Order information/load tender
• 210 Freight bills MAP
• 214 Shipment status MAP
• 820 Remittance advice for EFT
• 990 Response to load tender

We also support these same transactiontypes in XML fromat.  Bulk Plus currently supports CIDX (Chemical Industry Data Exchange) Chem E-Standards.

Transactions can be exchanged by various communications methods, including:

• FTP (File Transfer Protocol) over the Internet Registration:

  • This is the cheapest method because it eliminates VAN charges
  • The Internet is now robust and secure. Bulk Plus can send and receive transactions using HTTPS and digital certificates if required
  • Bulk Plus sends acknowledgement transactions so that you know that your orders and remittances are getting through.

• VAN (Value Added Network) - Bulk Plus can work with all VANs in North America

• Online Orders/Shipment Status over the Internet to our secure site where you have a personal ID

  • Orders can be entered securely online using the customizable web order form.
  • Shipment status can be viewed online by you, or your customers if you approve it, through our secure site
